NAS model - DS214play

PMS version - PlexMediaServer-1.18.4.2171-ac2afe5f8-x86
About a month ago, I lost the ability for clients to access PMS running on my DS214 play after a few years of smooth sailing. I’ve tried reinstalling and toggling various settings to no avail. PMS appears to be running in DSM in that I can Stop, Start, Manual Install, etc. Some symptoms:
- From within DSM Package Manager, clicking Open gives me "The site can’t be reached / xxx.xxx.x.xx refused to connect / ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
- When trying to access from my Smart TV, the app logs in as normal and if I go to Media Server Status, the “Get your Plex Media Server” message is displayed
- From a browser in Incognito Mode, clicking Launch and then Your Media also produces a “Get your Plex Media Server” message
My NAS media is only accessible on the LAN (not through the internet). Using DS Video and my phone or my Smart TV’s Photo & Video app I can play a subset of my media on the TV. Logs are available through DSM File Station but I’m a little hesitant to post them due to privacy/security concerns.
At this point I’m flailing, missing PMS quite a bit and unsure how to proceed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
