Ever since the API crash last week my server (running on NVidia Shield) regularly (daily) keeps failing to run properly and shows up as unclaimed in the web interface.
I have to keep shutting it down, logging out, restarting and re-linking to get things working but it never stays up and running.
What is going on?
I have full verbose logs covering the period where it was working, failed and then I reclaimed it. Is that of any use? I can attach them later if someone gets back to me.
Is anyone able to help me with this?

It is absolutely shocking that there’s no way to raise a proper help ticket.

Not sure what else to do but not even convinced that will work because it would appear to be something to do with my account on the Plex corporate side of things.
