PMS not running on Nvidia Shield TV Pro after upgrade to PMS 1.19.3.2764

Server Version#:1.19.3.2764
Player Version#:8.0.1.17410
After upgrading PMS to 1.19.3.2764 on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro last night I cannot get PMS to run. When I check it within the setting of the Plex client it shows stopped and if I attempt to start it the “starting” windows comes up for about 20 seconds then disappears and the state is still stopped. I have tried clearing the cache for the PMS app. I have restarted, shutdown/rebooted the Shield several times and even removed power for a couple of hours and rebooted it, all to no avail.

Anyone else with a Shield having this problem? Any suggestions?

Mounted the Shield storage to my PC and found the logs at \\shield\internal\Plex Media Server\Logs\Plex Media Server.log:

All 6 copies look identical apart from times being 20 seconds or so different… I can zip the Logs folder and post it if that helps?

Any ideas how to get this working without starting again?
