PMS on Synology NAS DS1817 is constantly crashing

Hi

My PMS is constantly crashing since a few days. I need to relaunch the PMS manually. Id’ like to have some help to solve this problem. I’m not a crack in handling a server like most of you, my skills are relatively basic.

It started a few days ago. These are the following steps I tried.
1/ I installed the latest version, Keeps crashing.
2/ I performed a complete uninstall, with removal of PMS share. Did a clean install with the version Synology delivers in their Package Center. Keeps crashing.

What do I need to do.

Using FileStation,

Navigate into the PlexMediaServer shared folder.
Drill down through AppData / Plex Media Server

Right-Click LogsCompress to Logs.zip

I am not seeing ANY errors.

When this happens, it usually ends up being a damaged database.

How good are you at using SSH (command line) ?

I ask because there is a tool to help check the database, fix it, or replace it with a known-good backup (something from before this started happening).
