PMS randomly crashes. Log attached

Would like to isolate this. I’ve had some hardware and OS changes in the past few weeks so I’d like to see if the logs can give a general idea of where to start troubleshooting.

The crash occurred at the end of playback on a roku - some timing issue with transcode sessions

I have referred the evidence to the development team

Plex Media Server Beta 1.16.0.1220-147963d87 has just been released with the crashes fix

  • (Playback) The server could crash when a transcode session finished. These manifested as heap corruptions or double-frees (#9801 #9883 #9938 #9940 #9950)

Thank you for the update! I’ll keep an eye out. I haven’t had this issue in a few weeks.
