This has been happening almost every other day for about a year and I have had enough. I need some help. It has been happening over the many PMS server updates. I use a dedicated Windows 7 HTPC. It is used for nothing but Plex.
Thanks for replying. My J drive is a HDD. I have used this drive for many years. What do you mean I am running an old server version? Is Server Version#:1.15.5.994 not relatively new?
You mean it is locally attached to your server machine and is not a network share?
Then this should be OK.
I see you have WebTools installed. You can use WebTools do delete Plugins.
Or you simply Stop Plex, then empty out the Plugins folder. (Make sure to use the right one though)
V1.15.5 was released at end of April.
There have been many newer versions since then.
Yes the J drive is a locally attached drive. I have updated the server. I will delete the plugins. However, I had been updating the server with every update until 1.15 but the updates did not stop the issue which as I originally mentioned has been going on for over a year. Did you not find anything in the logs that showed an adverse event?
Otto, I have not been around much lately, so sorry for my late response. The problem is still occurring. What do you need to help me find a solution? As it is random, I don’t always catch it when it happens. Thank you.
