PMS Regularly Hanging Up Showing Multiple Transcoder/Relay Instances

I’m having the same issue - it seems to happen for me when a specific Xbox One user is transcoding something and skips through the video.

I’ve been having a reoccurring issue lately where PMS becomes unavailable, and needs the “Plex Media Server.exe” process killed and started again. In my case I believe I’ve narrowed my issue down to a specific Xbox One user. When he begins watching something in a transcoded quality (example 720p 2mbps) and skips forward, I see 6 to 10 “Plex Transcoder.exe” processes start and max out the CPU to 100%.
