I would disable VPN, restart PLEX and check canyouseeme.org and see if it shows success. Ill take a look at the logs and see if I can find anything related.

You should only need port 32400 not 33333 unless you specify a different port on the remote access page but I just use the default 32400 and would recommend you do the same. As far as the router port forwarding you should only need to specify the 192.168.x.x IP which should be your Plex server IP.
