PMS running on two identical WD NAS's (MyCloudEX2Ultra)

This drives me crazy because I can’t figure it out.
I have these two PMS Version 1.21.1.3876, running on two identical WD NAS’s (MyCloudEX2Ultra), with latest firmware and identical settings on both.
One of the Plex servers is working fine while the other one gives me this:

“There was an unexpected error loading this library
Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems:”

To keep it stupid simple, the media folder on the non-working Plex server is just bare-minimum: one media file in each of the subfolders:
Movies
TV Shows
Photos
Other Videos

I tried to uninstall the PMS from the WD NAS several times then I re-installed it, using the latest installer version: PlexMediaServer-1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4-MyCloudEX2Ultra_OS5.bin
No luck!

“Accessing and Saving the Log Information” describe here is not what I see on my screen:

There is no Settings > “General > Show Advanced > Debug”

I searched the forums and noticed this similar but not identical issue:

What am I missing here?
Is this even supposed to work? I mean, in addition to the two WD NAS’s, I also have a third PMS running on a nVIDIA Shield TV Pro, which works just fine.

I have the same problem, I think it is the last update of plex … we have to wait for the next one, oh get the 1.20 firmware that worked very well …

So I’m not crazy, am I ? :slight_smile:
I’m sorry you also have the same problem but I’m glad I’m not the only one.
I hope they fix it in the next version.
For now, I do have a workaround for it: I’m able to see the content from the second WD NAS , running the PMS on my nVidia Shield TV Pro.
P.S.
I uninstalled and re-installed the Plex app on the non-working NAS, and now it’s back to version 1.20.4.3517; no luck, still not working.
For the heck of it, I unplugged the working Plex server running on one of the WD NAS’s and it still didn’t work.
Here are the logs, hopefully someone can figure out what is going on.
Basically now I have to reformulate the issue: “Unable to run Plex server on a WD MyCloudEX2Ultra” :slight_smile:

Something is really messed up. I can’t even delete the test Photos library now. It seems to do it but when I refresh the page it’s still there.
How the hell do I clean up the database from all the junk because nothing seem to work ?
