I decided to completely restart my QNAP NAS (format drives) in order add an additional drive for memory expansion (had a RAID 0 config). I backed up the media files so I can re-add them again. The issue is that I can’t seem to properly claim the new Plex Media Server. I installed the QNAP PMS app and made sure that I log in through the IP address of the NAS (it won’t recognize it as a server otherwise and keeps directing me to install the PMS app instead). Once I’m logged in, I can “claim the server”, but every time I do, I’m just greeted with “server settings are unavailable” whenever I try to access any settings or add to my library. Plex doesn’t seem to remember me claiming my server either, as it will ask me to “claim it” again despite my previous session claiming it each time I log in, so it seems that claiming it isn’t really working. I’m attaching my logs. I would appreciate any help. I have been trying to troubleshoot this on my own by looking through other topics on these forums, but nothing has helped resolve this issue yet (tried wiping any Plex history in “regedit” and “PlexData”).
One of the processes from earlier is stuck. (Address already in use)
