I am unable to Claim my server

I am running the latest firmware on my QNAP TS-431+

I have uninstalled/reinstalled PMS multiple times.

PMS will allow me to log in, but will not allow me to Claim the server. Plex has been running fine for years and never before have I been asked to Claim the server.

DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 on my router and on the NAS. I did not see a place on PMS to enter DNS info. Everything is on the same network/same subset.

I only access Plex from my Amazon Fire TV stick which is running the latest Plex app version.

I would appreciate any insight into how to Claim my server and get access to my media again.

Is your QNAP running Private Address Space ?
And you also need a workstation on the same IP net

I manually uninstalled Plex from the qnap using SSH (wouldn’t uninstall from App center). I then manually reinstalled Plex, and went through the setup process. Had already done that so I’m not sure what’s different this time., but everything seems to be working fine at this point.
