Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058
My Server shows as Offline on my iOS device (iphone 8) and on my smart TV. I have tried everything but won’t work. When logged in where my PMS is installed and it shows fine with all my sources and content.
Not sure what to do now.

was it solved in the meantime? I have exactly the same problem…
I tried re-link, uninstall and reinstall plex media server as plex forum directions but no solution. My apple tv, Sony tv and i pad pro can not connect server. My plex server is working on win 10 pc and a few days ago there was no problem. I tried several times install and uninstall plex media server but no solution. I can see my library on pc , other devices show server is offline.
Try this:
On each app, log out.
Restart your Plex Media Server.
On each app, log in.
I tried same things, that you wrote but no solution.

It seems to be working now. Although not on my smart tv (Samsung) but it is a few years old now so not too worried as have a Chromecast so wince working on my iPhone I am able to get around it.
Not really sure what the fix was but I re-installed Plex Medai Server onto my computer and updated app and that seemed to work. Weird as that didn’t originally work so not sure if a recent update fixed it.
