PMS sleep only while using Plex Mobile App

Hi,

I am using the latest PMS version(1.21.2.3939-3945797bd) on windows10
and successfully preventing sleep on the server while streaming from
a Plex client app from mac .
But the server sleeps while streaming from a Plex mobile app on ios whether
it is on local LAN or from remote access, which is inconvenient.
It also sleeps with Plex app for android TV, which is so inconvenient.

Is this the same behavior for everybody else?

Edit: I noticed that this issue applies to audio streaming not for video.
With video, PMS will not go sleep.
