Just downloaded Plex-Media-Server-1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d.exe and installed it on my NEW Desktop computer running Windows 10.
Appears to have been installed successfully, but at the end when I click the LAUNCH button, nothing opens! What can I do to fix this issue?
I have been a long time user of PMS with all of my Pictures, Videos, Music files from iTunes, and even my iTunes Playlists, but my old computer running Windows 7 died, so I need to move to the NEW Windows 10 computer. In the new computer, iTunes Music Library is in C: drive and all of my Pictures and Videos are in D: Drive
I can use your help on how get the PMS to OPEN and then how to login using my account information to access my OLD server, but point them to these NEW Drive locations.
Please help.
