Title pretty much sum it up.
Once you are satisfied with your metadata, artwork etc it would be nice to save those data to your MP4/M4V file. In case you need to re-scan your media your library will get populated the way you want.
Batch processing would be interesting as well as the button that would pop-up on item level if item is MP4/M4V file.
