Hey all,
Using win 11. Have been upgrading PMS in the past without issues. On May 5, PMS said new version is available, I upgraded, now PMS won’t load (webpage says ip address is not reachable). It has been a few hours. I can’t access PMS, so can’t tell you what version I attempted to download or make any other changes. I see Plex still running in task manager with minimal / steady cpu usage. I have no clue what to do next. Hesitating to restart the pc in case that breaks anything that might still be going on. No idea how to restart server or pull logs since I cannot launch PMS.
Could anyone please give some guidance? And why is this happening?
