PMS won't play EAC3 items. Tried multiple PMS versions

Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973 I’m trying to download a movie to my Android device. The audio track for this movie uses the TrueHD codec, which means it has to be transcoded. However, the download keeps failing and the following errors appear in the log: [Transcoder] [truehd_eae @ 058e2e00] EAE timeout! EAE not running, or wrong folder?
