PMS wont start after upgrade (on Linux)

I just upgraded my PMS server to 1.17.0.1709-982421575 after deciding to upgrade to Plex Pass (from 1.14) - on Ubuntu 16.04.

When I start the service I see a process running but the 32400 port isn’t opened and I don’t see any errors in any logs I can find. Please help me troubleshoot this.

Please go to the Logs directory and make a tar.gz of the entire Logs directory.
Attach that tar.gz here please
