I’m not sure if this is a bug or just a known lacking function of Plex playing podcasts. I have some podcasts that have 100s of episodes over multiple years and Plex doesn’t seem to have any control of how they play. changing order newest or oldest doesnt and only plays the absolute newest or absolute oldest first regardless if it has been played or not. one would think some simple logic of play oldest “unplayed” item first, then next oldest unplayed item. the add to queue feature seems to do nothing as well. there is also no ability to stop them from auto playing so after every podcast I I have to manually stop it from playing the one I already listened to and/or manually play the next actual unplayed item. Really clunky and annoying across all my devices.
