I currently use overcast as my podcast player and have been making a big push to move to Plex. There is one feature I really love in overcast which lets me set podcast priority. That way my daily podcasts I can set to the front of my queue while my less time sensitive ones can go to the back and I play them when I can. I would also like a global setting for podcasts downloads. I would love to be able to just download unplayed and delete everything else.
I also use Overcast and would love this in PLEX.
Also continuous play. In Overcast I can go to All Episodes and select one and then listen while driving and when that episode is over the oldest on the list will play and keep going. Not in Plex, which makes it useless while driving.
Agreed the continuous play is an issue.
Please don’t add new features request to this one. Podcast priority and continuous play are two different features. Please make a new feature request for the other.
