Hi,
I try to switch at 100% on Plex for my podcast but I still got a recurring error like 1 day on 3. When I press play, I’ve got the message “impossible to read this media” and/or on the Podcast section I’ve a warning “Podcast not available”. So I check status.plex.tv but everything is ok for podcasts, the problem isn’t from my podcast feed as I can listen them without with another app like TuneIn. Anyone else have this problem?
Hi, in order to investigate the issue, would you mind sharing app logs? You can do that from app Settings / Help & Support / Debugging / Share debugging data

Thanks for sharing your logs. For what I see, you were able to play certain podcasts content, is that right? For “Podcasts not being available” error, I don’t see anything special in your logs. Would you mind sharing app logs right after you see the playback error? And also right when app doesn’t display Podcasts entry? Thanks in advance!

But yes I’m able to play podcasts but sometimes it’s impossible and I need to try late (mostly the next day).

Little heads up, do you need more logs? Everything fine with what I sent?
Same issue on iOS: Podcats not available on Plex 5.11.1, IOS 12.1.4 (iPhone 6S+)
