The podcasts section on Plexamp (Android 10, app version 3.2.1) has disappeared. It was fine yesterday. I saw there were some performance issues at the Plex end today would that be the cause? Tried reinstalling, signing out and back in. Regular Plex app can show them.
probably related to some cloud issues we had. should be back to normal now.
I also don’t have the option to select podcasts as a source in the app. Just started using this app within the last week and wanted to try podcasts on it today, but I am unable to
Unfortunately not, I saw on the status page a few days ago there were issues but still can’t see podcasts. Tried signing out and back in again, still the same.
Will try restarting my Plex Server in case that makes a difference but the main Plex app shows the podcasts so doubt it will make a difference but will give it a go.
Do you see Podcasts showing up in the Plex web app, e.g.?
Also, check out Online Media Sources preference in the web app and make sure it’s enabled.

Same here… Podcasts appears in the web app, and it is enabled in the online media sources.
Also, podcasts appear on the regular Plex android app, but not plexamp. I have uninstalled / reinstalled and even factory reset my mobile device. I still never receive the option to select podcasts as a source.
Installed Plexamp a couple days ago. iOS Never had podcast access from start. Thought it wasn’t even a feature until I searched. Still not appearing with online media sources enabled even.
Update: Must be my server config. Also same on Win10. Can anyone tell me what tab/screen should I see the podcasts on the plexamp side?
if you’re running into the issue on desktop or android, DM me and i’ll work with the first person to do so to try to get to the bottom of this.
we found a possible cause for this, and fixed it (in the cloud). if you refresh the list of sources (enter/exit/enter) you should see Podcasts.
