Every android client should be able to understand a MPEG-TS, as that is how Plex sends the HLS stream, however that isn't the problem.
FFMPEG isnot able to live transcode the Audio & Video Tracks from one TS to another TS, if i remember correctly.

Well not exactly. I can get ffmpeg to transcode a TS file and output a HLS ready TS file set. But that is for a static file not another hls stream.

Not really. DVBlink's own WEB Server and iOS client does this with FFMPEG

That link will take you to where only UK residents have access to BBC’s iPlayer content. I also feel it’s off-topic as it does not answer the +/- vote question. I read it as spam/advert for some third party as well the first time since its only applicable to UK members.
If you are trying to show your support and offering a suggestion as to how it might work , might I suggest you including both points in your post?

Your feature request (here) might have been valid, except that you were requesting a feature that already exists as a Plex Channel ( here )
Also, there _is_ a search function available in this forum, perhaps it should get a little more usage.
im looking for a rtmp streamer ... im suggesthing plex developers to implement in pms option to transcode live streaming (rtmp) to plex clients sorry if its offtopic in this thread also my friend cant see my navi-x channel so i cant share my rtmp links with my friends im looking for somethig that i can share my rtmp links with my friends like a playlist with my rtmp links so my friends can watch live streaming in my playlist .
and its better when its implemented in plex so it will work with all clients not a unsupported plugin
