Port settings / no connection / WD Ex2 Ultra

Hello from Germany

I run Plex on a WD Ex2 Ultra. My ISP is Deutsche Telekom and I have a Speedport Hybrid Router

As you can see, tools show my 32400 port open.
But look, my Plex settings cannot find this

Who can point me into the right direction?

If you have a quick search, the outside port is something like 12800 which nats to internal 32400

If you create the port forwarding manually, you must check “Öffentlichen Port manuell definieren” and put the external port number (in your case 32400) behind it.
And you don’t need to forward UDP. TCP is enough.
