Not available outside your network - Port Forwarding On but not working

Latest plex pass server on unRaid. New router (T-Mobile ASUS TM-AC1900). I’m getting the infamous “Not available outside your network”. I’ve setup Port Fowarding, I can see the port from external site…

But not seeing the love…

I must be missing something obvious? Do not want to use UPNP for security reasons…(open to discussion on that though)…

There is only ONE NAT service on the network (WAN IP is correct as it was with older modem). Using a dumb cable modem (no NAT). Just the one router.

Thanks in advance!
Jeff…

I cannot see the pic you provided for your verification of connectivity outside of the network. Did you do port forwarding on port 32400 on TCP, UPD or both? I do only port forwarding, no UPNP.

Sorry, corrected picture. Yes only port forwarded on TCP according to the plex instructions…

I believe you need to do both TCP and UDP - add that too and see if it connection. I have both forwarded to the Plex port.

Only TCP is required.

According to this, only TCP is required. support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201543147-What-network-ports-do-I-need-to-allow-through-my-firewall-

Other ports might be needed for other apps.

So back to the question. Why isn’t this working? I don’t know what else to do to dianose the problem…

Thoughts O wise ones?

Ok, figured this one out. Not sure why this is the case, but simply checking the “Manually specify public port” made it work - AND - having Port Forwarding set on 32400.

Because unless you check that box for a manual port, Plex will use UPnP.
