Missing Play history may be because of the database or because they changed the app itself.
Being the server/platform guy, I’m not versed in that so making a post in one of the “Player” tags is probably a good idea
Actually I just started playing something on Plex and I see new history is being recorded. I fear the old history is gone but that’s OK. Again thanks for all your help.

Yeah it completed with no issues.
Even deleted the Plex shared folder (leaving the PlexMediaServer shared folder).
guess the programming works, huh?
