Possible missing files (albums/tracks) after switching from Logitech to Plex - how to verify?

I am in the process of migrating from Logitech Media Server to Plex Media Server to manage my music collection. I imported all of my music files, which I keep in a folder structure on my iMac. I created a Music library in Plex and added my media folder to it - the same folder structure that LMS accesses.

Plex Media Server reports that I have 926 albums and 10,853 tracks. Logitech Media Server, however, reports 1,118 albums and 13,941 tracks.

I am trying to figure out the discrepancy. I don’t know if it’s because Plex couldn’t import some media, or because Plex and Logitech somehow count albums and tracks differently. I have a couple of questions as I try to figure this out:

  1. Is there a specific Plex log file I could look at to see if there were any errors during the import of the files from my media folder? I did look at Status / Alerts but didn’t see any errors there. I’ve also downloaded the logs under Troubleshooting, and poked through a few, but I am not sure which log to look at or what to look for.

  2. Is there a way in Plex for me to produce a text file or PDF listing of all my albums? If I could do that in both Plex and Logitech, then at least I could compare the files.
