I have a Plex Media server set up and running and I was wondering if it would be possible to add a second server that only does transcoding? I understand that I could create a new server, but I do not want to have to rebuild my library, and share that library out, and decide which server I want to stream from. It seems like it would be much easier to have Plex decide which server to stream from without the user having to be aware that there are multiple server.
If this is possible, I have not been able to find any documentation on it. Perhaps I am not using the right search terms.
