Possible to stop auto optimizing?

In the process of trying to streamline my workflow, I set Plex to optimize recently added TV Shows. Whenever a new show is added, it now automatically optimizes. This was my original intent but I want to do some more testing and stop the automatic optimization. I can stop it mid process but that doesn’t help. Thank you in advance for the help.

So I paused one that was being optimized and that seems to stop it but does it being inevitably paused, cause any resource load?

I was able to figure this out. For anyone else that may have this question, you can turn off the filter optimization by going to settings>Optimized Versions and press the X next to the filter version. It will stop it from optimizing all upcoming items.

Is there a way to do it WITHOUT deleting existing optimized versions?

How do you stop Plex from automatically optimizing?
