For a few months now, that I have noticed, post-roll no longer works in the Xbox One app. I have to manually switch to playing the next episode of a TV show. When an episode comes to the end of playback, it should show the post-roll for the next episode with the countdown. It works on iOS and the web clients, just not the Xbox client.
This feature has never been present in the Xbox app.
I’m hoping it will be added at some point since I quite enjoy it on my Roku.
