Poster images are not updating correctly in TV app

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5282 running on Windows 10 Pro
Player Version#: 5.28.2 running on a Samsung NU8070

I’ve posted about this problem before and it’s always been totally ignored.
And yet it STILL exists and is STILL annoying, at least to me!

If a video poster frame is changed by uploading a new image on the PMS, it displays correctly when viewed in the web interface, but is not shown when viewed in the TV app. The TV app displays the original poster image, not the new one (even after closing the app and restarting).

Poster images for music files are updated instantly on the TV with no problem.
