Poster images not being shown correctly in Samsung Tizen TV app

Player Version#: 5.14.1 (Samsung NU8070 TV)

If a video poster frame is changed by uploading a new image on the PMS (running on Windows 10), it displays correctly when viewed in the web interface, but is not shown when viewed in the TV app. The TV app (running on a Samsung NU8070 TV) displays the original poster image, not the new one (even after closing the app and restarting).

I’ve reported this TWICE before (originally in May 2021) but have never had a response.
