Poster images not loading ARM version but Windows version ok

Server Version#:1.18.9.2571-e106a8a91
Player Version#: Any hardware, does not matter

I have had an issue since I migrated to RaspBerry Pi for my media server from Windows.

I was unable to get some poster images to load, and can not load any poster images manually in any way. Now with the last update in February (1.18.7.2457-77cb9455c) any new media I add will not grab a poster image even from metadata matches. Latest March update not fixed.

I feel this is something stupid. I have tried everything other than literally deleting my metadata folder and starting all over again but I feel if I do that it still will not load.

Same metadata and media works fine on my Windows PMS not a single issue.

I made a mistake today and sudo deleted apparently everything because my pi wouldn’t boot so I reimaged my sd card and did a fresh OS install with plex. After setting it all up I added the folders to the library and let it rip 5 hours to pull a new everything. it appears all movies pulled at least something down with the metadata.

It’s a shame I did not know the root cause but at least it’s a fresh start now.

OK so this is not resolved on Debian. Apparently after letting it run and update for 2 days I still have holes in posters and metadata. Some of the files with linked metadata do not have posters while others find a match and do not pull down the metadata and posters. I still can not manually load any posters and my windows PC PMS is working just fine still for all of this so its not a metadata issue. This latest release is very flakey to and it appears my pi is using 650mb ram to run plex now where before on Februarys release it was using only 320mb ram.

Using latest release: 1.18.9.2578
