I saw a similar error, but I’m not sure which of these will help me:
For a couple of weeks, not all films and TV shows have posters loaded.
If i manually select another poster in the posters tab, it may work, but not always. If i manually upload it, then the main poster is still not the fact that it will appear.
Tried optimizing the database and deleting the “Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data” folder. Doesnt work.
Im have with issue with Windows server. Like im understand, this begin happens recently becouse of blocking themoviedb in Russia by Amazon hosting. I dont know solution, but i hope this will be fixed
Im also try Emby Server and it also have this issue with moviedb metadata
Thought about it. But the strange thing is that there are pictures on the posters tab. And even on the movie page, they can be loaded. But on the main page will not appear until the last. This leads me to believe that the problem might be something else.
Im think im found alternative solution.
For this moment is possible to use fanart.tv metadata (set in the “agent” settings)
Fanart.tv poster will be on the buttom. This not very comfortable, but they download at least.
Right now im interesting how to completaly disable the moviedb for posters. It just confusing then mergin with fanart.tv data posters.
