Poster Missing For Prison Break Season 1

I cannot figure out how to encourage PLEX to download a poster for this TV series. I have the name spelled correctly and the correct date. Please help.

It does not give you options for poster when you edit show? It is only not showing in Plex Media Player?

When I click on the pencil for the TV show and then click on “Poster”, there are no images to select. This is the same if I’m using PLEX for Windows 10 or my Sony Adroid TV interface. No images have downloaded automatically like every other movie or TV show in PLEX.

Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know a fix besides manually creating your own art?

I would look at the server and agent logs for errors after refreshing metadata for the show.

Thanks for the poster link. I still couldn’t find any reason why no posters download automatically. I did a manual poster install.

I have a similar issue but with multiple TV series and movies. The icons are black, some are completely blank inside with no options, others do have pictures but when I select them they still don’t go live. There yet others who do have a picture Icon but doesnt show on the Samsung Plex App or my iPhone plex app but does on the media server.

This is new since I change the boot drive to an SSD a couple of months back. Is there some way to reset the meta data for pictures without losing things like Labels which I use for permissions sorting.
