New Plex Server not showing Poster or image of TV Show or Movie

I am upgrading my plex server to some new hardware. My current plex server is running windows 2012 r2 VM. I am upgrading to windows server 2016 VM with better hardware.

My current plex server is not having this issue where the metadata does not download the poster, banngers, backgroupns and sometime the summaries for the movies and tv shows.

I have disabled the firewall on the server and made a by pass through the router’s firewall.
As you can see in the image. I am getting some a few poster but no all of them.
I am getting the title names and series summaries.

I am at a loss in why its happening.

Do you have your server’s agents and advanced library settings correctly set? Example: The Movie Database for Films and TVDb for Programs, ranked highest.

Plex setting are all set to default.
I am not sure what i am looking for in the agent.

You can enable Movie Database and rank higher

Sorry no luck, i am still not getting anything.

You have refreshed all metadata after a server restart.

Restarted and did the force refresh.
The poster are still not there.
could there be a setting in the server itself that needs to be changed.

Yes i did, but how do i get these cert that they were talking about.
I do see how to apply them through the mmc conceal

I already white listed:
lastfm-z.plexapp.com
movieposterdb.plexapp.com
thetvdb.plexapp.com

Just to see what happens, i build a windows 10 VM and put plex on it. i got the same issue. The description would appear but no artwork.

How do i know if it the computer or network that is blocking the content.
I dont know what i am looking for in the logs

You fetch the certificate with your web browser.

Which filesystem is used on the windows system volume? It must be NTFS. ReFS or others won’t work.

Thanks for your advice, i re read all all of the post and followed the instruction and it started to work.
