Hmmm… here’s what’s happening to me ( in my movies fab only. Tv shows seems to work correctly but my posters are now in a 16::9 type of shape instead of the normal poster shape. I can only get 2 movies per line across. So slider does little to nothing in grid view, and the metadata from all new movies is not coming in at all and every new movie defaults to 2024. So the matching process has virtually gone bananas and on All of my new additions and some of my older ones that worked before now just show a random clip of the movie as a poster. No metedata, and I can hardly even fell what the movie is except for the title. I’ve tried diferent movie matching agents and had success math I NG one movie, up the poster allocation space I’d still oriented sideways it seems and so the top and bottom of the poster are getting cropped because the posters are adjusting to fill an unusually large width instead of that “ space being in its normal upright position. This appears to only be happening in “my movies”… My Tv series seem to be unaffected by this issue. I’d don’t know if I changed a setting, but if I did, I can’t find it.
Any suggestions?
You have set the Agent of this library to “Personal Media”. Set it back to “Plex Movies”.
Don’t tinker with the scanner and agent settings.
