This is a new problem:
On Media Server, movie posters are displayed in “Recently Added” but not on the individual movie page. All the other metadata is displayed correctly.
On Web Player, on another device, movie posters are displayed correctly.
Could there be some browser add-on or ad-blocker interfering with Plex displaying your posters in library view?
Perhaps, but the problem is new,
and there are no new extensions or ad blockers in play.

What about updated browser additions or ad blockers? Something may have changed. Most browsers have a way of starting the browser with extensions temporarily disabled. You might try that and see if it makes a difference.
