Pre-Roll starts after the first few seconds of the movie

I have an odd issue that has been happening for a while.

Server is Docker container on Unraid
player is Nvidia Shield

When I start playing a film, the film starts playing for a few seconds, film will then stop playing and then the pre-roll will play in its entirety. The film will then start playing from the beginning again.

It’s not a show stopper of a bug, but it is a little annoying, especially when playing HDR content and the TV has to enable and disable the HDR mode etc.

I have only noticed the issue on my Nvidia Shiled Pro 2017 model, all media is direct playing.
