I used to be able to login as j@xyz.co. But the password was changed. Apparently Someone changed the account email somehow because I registered a new account under j@xyzs.co I can confirm this was impossible prior due to the existence of the account. WHAT THE HELL, I paid $150 several year ago for this lifetime account!! Update: actually the j@xyzs.co is still active, but why am I unable to reset my password!? I am not receiving the email reset!
How long does it take to receive the email reset?
I tried resetting it several days before and realized it may not have liked my vpn, and even with it disabled I am not getting the password reset email from plex.
As pointed out in your parallel thread, best contact Contact | Plex, going with the Billing/Subscription selection.
