I have used Plex with Plex Pass for a couple of months, using Windows Server 2012 R2, and have been very pleased with Plex.
But Premium Music Libraries does not give metadata such as albums reviews, high quality album artwork nor ratings. My movies library works just fine, it is just the music.
Any idea on what to do? I have tried to activate and deactivate the agents, but no success.
Also I would like to add one thing, the Windows 10 app is just pure crap, there are so many bugs and it feels so “heavy” to use. I really love the web app, but it does not support FLAC without transcoding.
