Premium Music Library not able to add content

I’ve recently upgraded to Plex Pass with the intention of using the Premium Music Library. I’ve been using Plex for music as a basic library without any issue. When I try creating a new library using the same content I had in the basic library it gets through a few albums and then hangs. I’ve tried recreating the library multiple times with no success. I’ve tried rebuilding the database and that does not resolve the issue either. The basic library continues to work properly.

I am running PMS 0.9.15.6 on OS X 10.11.3
I included any available Plex Logs I could find.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

There appears to a hung request that was sent to the Gracenote Service at 09:27:44 to look up 20 tracks for an Eminem album

I will flag this to the development team

It appears to be the first request to Gracenote

Suggest you try again and do gradually build up your Premium Music Library

I notice you have iPv6 enabled within Plex Media Server Network Settings (Advanced). I would suggest disabling it.
Also suggest a reboot

If problem persists, please attach new logs

One more point - scanning premium music library contents and searching for metadata is quite an intensive activity so i would recommend you do not do it on a very busy server doing a lot of transcoding and streaming at the same time

Thanks for the answers guys, it looks like i had a corrupt media file. I guess since it was trying to run it through Gracenote during import, it kept getting stuck.
I got rid of that track, and now everything is working great.
