UPDATE: seems it fixed itself a few days after I gave up. Odd, must not have registered early enough.

I am trying to create a premium music library but every time I select the option it sends me to a screen telling me to purchase a Plex pass. Which I already have… after I click the learn more link it directs me to a screen saying I have already purchased one… I’ve tried rebooting, logging out, and everything else I can think of. Would appreciate any help!

Shut down Plex Server.
Leave it down for several minutes.
For good measure, reboot the machine.
Afterwards, restart Plex Server again and wait several minutes. It is crucial that the machine has a working internet connection during that time!
