Preroll Trailer under Qnap not working?

sry for my bad english… i come from germany…
so my problem is the preroll trailer.
I have a Qnap server TVS-871 with version 4.3.4.0695
and I have already tried quite hard to enter the right path, but without success.
To integrate a preroll trailer, I have to type in “settings”, “extras” and then the path. however, I have no /Users/sarah/Movies/preroll.mp4 under qnap
as at: Extras | Plex Support
I hope someone can help me there …
that would be my direct path actually: /RedScorpion/DataVol1/Web/Trailer/preroll.mp4
