Preroll not working but Cinema Trailers do work, still looking for help

I can get the Cinema Trailers to play but so far have had no success getting the prerolls to play. Any insights would be appreciated.

Here is the path I use for the preroll
\Bearjar-NAS\Public\Plex-Movies-Burns\Intro Trailers\preroll-1.mp4

Seems like you are entering the path like you would access it on a different computer. Since the server is on the NAS you have to treat it like a local path on the NAS. I think it should be

/share/Public/Plex-Movies-Burns/Intro Trailers/preroll-1.mp4
