My Setup is PMS running on a QNAP NAS 1. I have QNAP HybridMount configured on NAS 1 to map a CIFS/SMB share over to a second QNAP NAS with the source path /4K
Within the Plex Manage Library section I added a Library in Plex pointing to the /4K path and what Plex added to the library was the path:
/share/external/.nd/1000/0fd631cae-9fac-4773-a125-9067828e3189/4K
And that is working correctly and anything in that path plays properly.
Now I want to add a preroll using a file that is stored on NAS 2.
So under PMS > Settings > Extras > Movie Pre-roll video > I used the path:
/share/external/.nd/1000/0fd631cae-9fac-4773-a125-9067828e3189/4K/4KTestFiles/folder2/preroll.mkv
The preroll never plays, though Cinema Trailers play as expected.
Should I be using a different path?
