I have a lifetime Plex Pass membership and used to be able to download TV shows and movies to my iPhone without any issues.
Now, when I tap Start Download, nothing happens. Press and hold. Nothing. Tap. Nothing.
I can change the download/transcoding settings, but the download itself never starts and nothing appears in the Downloads section. It is as though the download button is broken.
I’m running the latest Plex Media Server and latest iPhone app, connected to Wi-Fi with no VPN.
Downloads in Plezy work fine. Downloads of my music in Plexamp also work fine.
Has anyone else run into this? What am I missing?
