Using current version of Plex on updated ios. I can see and play my library just fine, but when I click Download, the white “Start Download” button at the bottom is not clickable. I tap it and nothing happens. The app doesn’t freeze, and I can swipe right back to the movie…I just can’t download it.
I have tried on wifi and cellular. I have lifetime Plex pass I got years ago. I tried changing my DNS to 1.1.1.1. Not sure what else to try.
