Prevent Plex Media Server delete my music metadata

I have a big collection of spanish music and Plex only find basic information and I constantly add more information about the artist like biography but then 1 month past and all the information I add is gone. I would like to know what setting I need to prevent that Plex delete the information I add.

“Empty trash automatically after every scan” is set to off, scan the libraries automatically is off.

Server Version#: Plex Media Server for Windows v.1.40.2.8351-9938371be
Player Version#: Plexamp iOS 4.10.1

You may need to disable

Refresh Local Metadata every three days

Refresh Library metadata periodically

also make sure any fields you edited are locked. (Orange lock means locked)
