Getting 2 emails a day about ‘the summer of pride’, personally I think this to be a litter over the top. I understand Plex wants to be inclusive but I think one email would be plenty on this topic.

Just opt out of emails. I do not ever see emails from Plex unless they have something really important to say and they choose to override my preferences. That has only happened maybe once or twice in the last several years.
I have discovered that there is little in this world I need to hear from companies I deal with so I almost always opt out or block all the spamming sources.
It really is not that hard to avoid the junk. All email clients I know of allow filters that can block unwanted emails. All you need to do, if opting out does not work for you, apply filters to be as loose or as strict as you wish.
